I always gain a ton of weight at this part of the year & I’m always roughly the same weight.

I’m incredibly hard on myself about it.

But I know that every year after the holidays I melt it off so this year I choose to not be so excited obsessed with my weight.

It will melt off easy, I will get in the groove of fitness, even if I look a lil chunks doesn’t mean I’m always going to be chunks

2019 Resolutions:

1) Workout a MINIMUM of 3 days a week for my emotional & mental health

2) Book at least one commercial

3) Get a commercial agent

4) Take one casting director workshop a month

5) Work on loving myself (I always thought this was a hoity toity subject but now I’m understanding how much negativity I hold towards myself)

6) Make it a year of always saying “yes”…especially on projects

7) Adopt a cat

8) Get a flexible day job where I make at LEAST $1400 a month

9) Upload new materials to reel

10) Finish decorating the living room

11) Support my boyfriend relentlessly

12) Go on a small vacation with Mitchell (hopefully to Salem during October!)

13) Try to organize log cabin family trip for next Christmas

14) Strengthen my romantic relationship

15) Strengthen my friendships

16) Solidify my true group of friends

17) Reach out to friends more & force myself to be an instigator
